6xix Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and 6xix ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of all services available at 6xix.onl, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games, bingo, and all related features accessible via the website or 6xix mobile app.

By registering an account on 6xix, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players using the 6xix platform, including those accessing via desktop browsers, mobile browsers or the 6xix Android app. They apply to all transactions conducted in PKR using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, card payments and other supported payment methods.

2Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 6xix at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or for any other reason, is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information including your legal name, date of birth and valid contact details. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 6xix support immediately and change your password.
• 6xix will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 6xix are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• You may only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• 6xix does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6xix reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending verification of identity, payment method or compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Where a withdrawal is held, you will be notified via your registered contact details.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay on 6xix are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within the game or betting interface before you confirm any bet. By confirming a bet or spin, you agree to the applicable game rules as displayed at that time.

• All confirmed bets are final. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and market and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during gameplay, 6xix will review the affected session and, where possible, reconstruct results based on server-side records. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting markets, PSL markets and all sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In-play markets are settled based on the state of the match at the point of settlement.
• 6xix reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of an error in odds pricing, system error or obvious advantage arising from a technical fault.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6xix may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. These Terms set out the general conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are issued to the account of the qualifying player.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• A player may only claim a specific welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times via new accounts constitutes abuse of terms.

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward 6xix staff or other platform users.

8Responsible Gaming

6xix takes player wellbeing seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable pastime, not a financial strategy or a response to stress. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account.

• Deposit limits can be set from within the account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.

9Account Termination

Either party may close the account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact 6xix support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure that is not subject to an active wagering requirement will be returned to your registered payment method.

6xix may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any section of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activity is detected on the account.
• Identity or payment verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You are identified as a self-excluded player attempting to access the platform.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud or terms breach, 6xix reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

10Liability and Disputes

6xix provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of odds and game outcomes at any specific moment. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee this at all times.

• 6xix is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software and are not subject to manipulation by 6xix or any player.
• If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet or game result, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the affected event.
• Disputes should be submitted through the support section of your account with full details of the event, game or bet in question.

Our support team will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made following a thorough review are final.
